Perkins serves up free pancakes today, for a cause

Perkins Restaurant & Bakery locations in the Dayton area and southwest Ohio are participating in a fund-raiser today, March 21 in which the restaurants will serve a free short-stack of buttermilk pancakes in return for guests considering making a donation to “Give Kids The World,” a non-profit organization that provides week-long vacations to children with life-threatening illnesses and their families to a retreat in Central Florida.

Participating Perkins restaurants include those in Englewood, Xenia, Springfield, Sidney, Mason and Fairfield, a spokeswoman for the restaurant chain said.

There is a limit of one short stack of pancakes per customer, and hours may vary, so contact your local Perkins Restaurant & Bakery for details. For more information about the Perkins offer, check out this Perkins Facebook page.
