Fleming’s to host Silver Oak wine dinner

BEAVERCREEK — Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar, 4432 Walnut St. in The Greene, will host a Silver Oak Wine Dinner at 6:30 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 17. The multi-course menu will include Roasted Red Pepper and Arugula Flatbread with goat cheese, served with 2010 Twomey Sauvignon Blanc Napa Valley; Tuna Carpaccio with crispy capers, red onion, baby greens and Dijon vinaigrette, served with 2006 Twomey Napa Valley Merlot; Petite Lamb Chops with polenta fries and mint pistachio pesto, served with 2006 Silver Oak Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon; Newport Club Ribeye with applewood-smoked bacon, sauteed mushrooms and bacon-shallot butter, served with both the 2006 and 2007 Silver Oak Alexander Valley Cabernet Sauvignon; and Trio of Flavored Truffles served with coffee and tea. Cost is $125, not including tax and tip. Reservations are required and may be made by calling (937) 320-9548.
