Krupp Brother tasting, Fess Parker wines and the Hamburger Wagon, all tonight
Among the many wine tastings and events occurring TONIGHT (Sept. 21, 2011) are two that are a little off the beaten path: Cuvee Wine Bar & Cellar in Bellbrook is hosting a special tasting of some of the big red wines of Krupp Brothers Winery in Napa Valley. And from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. tonight (Sept. 21), A Taste of Wine wine shop in Miamisburg is pouring the wines of Fess Parker Winery tonight, and the Hamburger Wagon will be in the Taste of Wine parking lot selling its famous burgers, which the wine shop folks say “pair fabulously” with Fess Parker wines.
Just in case you were looking for something to do tonight …

Bruning’s to suspend wine tastings until after move
Bruning’s Wine Cellar, which is in the process of moving its clock-repair and wine business to its new location at 2476 Commons Blvd. near the Mall at Fairfield Commons in Beavercreek, will suspend its twice-weekly wine tastings until the move is complete, according to Dan Craven, who oversees the wine shop.
Craven said the new wine shop will open in early or mid-October.
Bruning’s had intended to continue tastings at its current location up until the move, but the work being done at the original location had made that impossible, Craven said. After the move is complete, Bruning’s will return to its Wednesday night-Saturday afternoon tasting schedule.
For more information, call Bruning’s at (937) 426-4950 or check out the Bruning’s Wine Cellar web site.
