‘Friday night out’ food and wine event is this Friday at Kroger Centerville
CENTERVILLE — The new Kroger Marketplace store at 1095 S. Main St. will host a “Friday Night Out” wine and food event from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Friday, Jan. 13. The food menu includes Potato Rosemary Crostini, topped with prosciutto and a tomato-roasted garlic chutney; Mini Atlantic Salmon Cake, served in a filo cup with Remoulade Sauce; Grilled Dry-Aged Beef Satay with a sweet chili dipping sauce; Candied Hardwood Thick-Cut Bacon with a whole-grain dipping mustard sauce; Alsatian Munster cheese with a Sliver of Cornichon on an “everything” flatbread; Blueberry Lavender Mascarpone-Stuffed Strawberry; Mini Pina Colada Cheesecakes; Vanilla Brulee Dome; and Black Forest Bites. Attendees can choose four wines from among six selections: Chateau Ste. Michelle Riesling, Simi Chardonnay, Wild Horse Pinot Noir, Menage a Trois Red Blend, Hawkstone Merlot and Louis M.
